  1. Checked Baggage:

    For passengers traveling internationally the works, worksflexi and Economy fares include 1 checked-in bag, Premium Economy fares include 2, and Business Premier fares include 3 and more cannot be added. Each checked-in bag can weigh up to 23kg (50lb) before incurring fees. The total can be up to 158cm (62 inches) for each checked-in bag no matter what kind of fare ticket you have.  

Unaccompanied Minor Policy

  • Children aged 5 to 11 years can travel alone on Air New Zealand-operated flights, provided they meet the unaccompanied minor conditions.
  • A service fee applies for unaccompanied minors, which varies depending on the journey:

Domestic New Zealand: USD $20 per child one way.
International Flights: USD $60 per child one way.
