Cancellation Policy
Emirates knows that holidays can always be cancelled and therefore has a very liberal cancellation policy.
24-Hour Cancel Free of Cost: Early booking with early cancellation minimum seven days prior 24 hours free of cost and receive refund via original mode of payment.
Non-Refundable Ticket: If the flight is cancelled after 24 hours of flying, a non-refundable ticket fare cost charge is applied depending on the class of fare. The credit in Emirates Travel Credit will be allowed and utilized for some other journey.
Refundable Tickets: The flight owner can cancel the flight at any time and refund the ticket in its original form without a cancellation fee.
Process for Flight Upgrade

Upgrade to Business or First Class: Upgrade to Business or First Class travel on flying high on lie-flat beds, gourmet meals, and luxury. It is available for buy at check-in, airport (if available on sale), or while booking.

Baggage Policy

Carry-On Baggage: A single carry-on bag as a standalone item and one passenger personal item can be accommodated. Personal item under seat and overhead bin carry-on bag. Two bags are accommodated except for First Class and Business Class passengers.
Free baggage allowance: Free baggage allowance varies by cabin and route. 20-35 kg for Economy Class, Business Class 40 kg, First Class 50 kg. All fares do not include free check-in of bags.
Excess & Overbaggage: Over size baggage charge on overs number of allowed will be applicable. Add-ons are allowed to levy sporting equipment charges.
Flight Change Policy

Unaccompanied Minor Policy
Safety and comfort is provided to Emirates unaccompanied minor travellers.
Age Eligibility: 5 years and above to 15 years old child will be requested to avail Unaccompanied Minor facility.
Individual One Way Direct Flight Only: Individual children will travel individual direct flight and not transfer flight with escorting.
Supervision Service: Children can opt to avail the convenience of having escorted trained cabin crew members from check-in to arrival, which is convenient.
Fee: Unused minor service, i.e., supervision and escort will be charged.
Parents/caregivers need to do check-in forms and stay at an airport until flight time.
