FlightQuest Cancellation & Refund Policy

FlightQuest prefers booking as simple as possible. We do have a feeling that travel bookings sometimes need to get changed and cancellations or modifications will need to be cancelled as well. The cancellation and refund policy mentioned below is the following policy.

  1. General Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policies vary depending on the airline, hotel, or service provider you have booked. There will be some that will have a free cancellation period and some others that will charge a cancellation amount. Customers are humbly asked to refer to the cancellation policy in detail in their reservation before their action.

  1. Flight Cancellations for Tickets

Refundable Tickets: This ticket will allow cancellations for full or part refund as per airline procedure and administration fee.

Non-Refundable Tickets: They are typically not refundable. Exceptions, however, apply where airlines do exchanges at some expense.

No-Show Policy: In the case that the passenger fails to show up to check-in or board the plane, the ticket would normally be forfeited without refund.

Flight Disruptions: Passengers would generally be entitled to rebook or refund at no additional fee if the flight had already been canceled or had been substantially delayed by the airline.

  1. Hotel Cancellations

Hotel cancellation policy varies with the provider and the type of room booked. While some hotels have no cancellation charge until a time, there are other hotels with no cancellation charge at all. No-shows are night rate loss or booking amount loss depending on whether or not the hotel incurs no-show charge loss.

  1. Tour and Activity cancellations

Cancellation of tour and activity bookings have varying policies that the activity operator might retain. Some of the activities for which the refund is not provided are allowed but partial or complete cancellations are made within a time frame. Weather or other unavoidable circumstances-related cancellations are cancel or refund at the discretion of the operator.

The refund process varies based on mode of payment and service provider. Credit/debit card refund will be credited to your account in 7-14 business days. Refund of bank transfer payment is within 30 days or less. Cancellation processing fees are not refundable when FlightQuest is cancelled.

Medical Emergencies: Customers facing medical emergencies that would justify cancellation will be asked to submit supporting documents for special processing.

Force Majeure Events: In exceptional situations where natural disasters, political unrest, or any other unforeseen events may necessitate so, ad hoc refund eligibility shall be considered.
