Baggage Policy:

Total linear dimensions (length, width, height) of bags should be no more than 115 cm with a length of each side not exceeding 55 cm x 40 cm x 25 cm.

Checked Baggage: Passengers are allowed to carry checked baggage as per their traveling fare class which differs on the basis of route, destination etc. One thing which is common for all classes is the size limit which cannot be more than 62 inches (158cm), including wheels and handle.

Passengers traveling on first class are allowed 3 checked baggage each should not exceed 70 lbs./32 kg.
Passengers traveling on Business class are allowed 2 checked baggage each should not exceed 70 lbs./32 kg.
Passengers traveling on premium economy and economy classes are allowed 0-2 checked baggage each should not exceed 50 lbs./23 kg.

Unaccompanied Minor Policy

ANA offers the “ANA Junior Pilot” service to assist children traveling alone ensuring their safety and comfort throughout their journey.

Eligibility:

International Flights

: Mandatory for unaccompanied children aged 5 to 11.
Flights to/from Mexico City: Mandatory for unaccompanied children aged 5 to 13.
Domestic Flights: Available upon request for children aged 6 to 11 traveling without an accompanying passenger aged 12 or older.

Booking process:

Reservations for the ANA Junior Pilot service must be made via telephone; online applications are not accepted.
A completed Consent and Release Form is required, to be submitted at check-in on the day of departure.

At the Airport:

Arrive at the airport well in advance of departure.
Check-in at the ANA counter; self-service kiosks are not available for unaccompanied minors.
The child will receive an ANA Junior Pilot holder to be worn throughout the journey.
ANA staff will escort the child from check-in through security, boarding, and upon arrival until they are handed over to the designated guardian.
