Unaccompanied Minor Policy
When booking travel for an unaccompanied minor with Japan Airlines (JAL), then consider the following key points:
- Children aged 6 to 11 traveling alone must utilise JAL’s unaccompanied minor service. This service is optional for children aged 12 to 15 but is mandatory for those under 12.

- At check-in, a signed consent form from a parent or guardian is mandatory for unaccompanied minors aged 6 to 7.
