Online Booking:

    For Economy Class passengers, the carry-on allowance is one item weighing up to 8 kg, with maximum dimensions of 55 x 40 x 20 cm. Passengers in Business Class can carry one cabin bag up to 10 kg. In addition, passengers can bring one personal item, such as a handbag or a laptop bag, as long as it fits under the seat.
  2. Checked Baggage:

    Checked baggage varies based on the fare class. For Economy Class, the standard allowance is 1 piece up to 23 kg. Passengers with a TAP Miles&Go or Business class ticket can check in two pieces of baggage, each weighing up to 32 kg. Additional pieces of baggage or excess weight are subject to additional fees.

Unaccompanied Minor Policy

  • Children aged 5 to 11 years are considered unaccompanied minors.
  • TAP offers unaccompanied minor services for both domestic and international flights.
  • The service must be requested during booking or through customer service.
  • An airline staff member will escort the child from check-in until they are handed over to the authorized guardian at the destination.
  • A fee is charged for the unaccompanied minor service, in addition to the flight cost.
  • Parents/guardians must provide necessary documentation, including identification and contact details.
